Running in place will do the best for your anxiety symptoms.

3.Positive Mind Set
The most important thing you need to remember is to have a nice positive mind set. Keep your mind as positive as you possibly can. If you do not, you will probably not make it and you will relapse. Before you start you need to have an end goal in your mind. If you truly want to change your life, you will go through with the alcohol detox and you will have your life change for the better. Stay happy, watch happy movies and listen to happy music. Just stay positive!
